Texas still 98.82% vs 2012's 83.45%. Oklahoma still 100% D0-D4, while D1-D4 up (to 98.77%), D2-D4 (77.67%) & D3-D4 (34.77%). Nebraska 100% D0-D4. West struggling, East remains wet!
